1. Service Agreement

By using Zaduncuw services, you agree to these terms. Zaduncuw provides professional auto repair services including transmission, axle, wheel, and suspension work at Zwickauer Straße 156, 09112 Chemnitz, Germany.

2. Service Scope & Liability

All work is performed by qualified technicians. Zaduncuw is not liable for damage caused by:

• Existing pre-service vehicle defects not disclosed
• Customer misuse after service completion
• Third-party modifications

Warranty on parts and labor is provided per individual service agreement and invoice terms.

3. Pricing & Payment

Quotes are provided upon inspection. Prices include labor and parts as specified. Payment is due upon service completion unless alternative arrangements are documented. Late payment may incur interest at 5% per annum.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Services may be cancelled within 14 days of booking if work has not commenced. Refunds exclude diagnostic fees. No refunds for completed work unless defective.

5. Data Protection (GDPR)

6. Intellectual Property

All Zaduncuw branding, content, and technical documentation remain our exclusive property.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zaduncuw liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. Disputes shall be resolved in Chemnitz courts.
